I'm honestly starting to think that I may not have a sensitivity to any ingredient in particular. My skin just sometimes reacts to things and sometimes it doesn't.

Last night and this morning I threw all kind of products on my skin, and nada. I'm fine. I'm going to use all that I've bought, and if something bothers my skin, I'll put it away for a week or so.
The whole possible AS thing throws MBTI into a new light, but I'm not at the point of actively pursuing that atm.
In my AS researching, I came across a post about heavy periods and AS and giving actually measurements for average periods....and mine is definitely abnormally heavy. Which then suggested the need for an iron supplement. Iron (and D) was purchased, and I've started taking it. We'll see if this helps my energy levels.

Ugh, that sucks about having heavy periods. Mine has always been weird. It was never 28 days, always longer in between. I would get heavy periods with clotting when I was younger. Now I'm happier because it's settled into 40-something days in between and it only lasts three days. It's really light. Maybe that's a sign of my womb shriveling up in my old age. I don't care! XD I'm glad the iron is making you feel better.

I'm going to have to remember to take Aleve so I don't get the clotting (it helps lessen the flow). I think I've read where perimenopause can start pretty early, and part of that is shorter periods. Not a horrible thing at all!

I feel like a new woman. Usually I wake up the morning after drinking ONE cup of regular tea feeling like that morningafter face on Skype, but I feel pretty energetic and alert. Maybe I can have coffee. D:
